MOM

This is one I did with an old photo of my mom that my big brother,Chris sent to me. The theme of this mingle was Women Warriors.

Julie (Jules): I am a mother of two girls and a wife to a man I met when I was 15 years old. I never thought I was any good at anything and I still doubt myself. I started making beaded jewelry first a couple of years ago and then wanted to try some altered art. I come from a very talented mother(Francine), she can do anything when it comes to art. She is also my best friend and nothing can ever change that. My most prize possession is my 18 year old black cat(Mystic), unfortunately I had to let him go in 2008. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. He is greatly missed.
